Sensors, electronics and software

I. Temperature sensors - Temperature sensors in tanks and ambient SS with PFA shield, RTD with Class A accuracy.

II. Pressure sensors - Two pressure sensors for monitoring circulation loop, corrosion resistant, ceramic pressure cell, PFA body, accuracy of 1% or better Pressure range: 0 - 1 Bar.

III. Flow meters - Two ultrasound flow meters, flow range 0 — 20 l/min.

IV. System control module - System control module - 01 (SCM-01) supports data acquisition and pump control for testing unit. SCM is equipped with HMI display to show actual measured data. This module features an LAN communication interface with defined communication protocol (Modbus TCP]. Analog data acquisition module supports standard 2- wire and 3-wire sensor inputs in addition to standard 4-wire sensor inputs. The SCM operates at the 230 V supply voltage (EU standard) and 0 °C to 50 °C temperature range. This SCM is ideal for rapid implementation to research systems where data acquisition is necessary. The module is compatible with Pinflow energy storage,s.r.o. software
