We extend our heartfelt thanks to the organizers, especially Dr Josh J. Bailey and Hugh O’Connor, for bringing together such a collaborative and dynamic community. Special appreciation also goes to the team for the excellent organization and the inspiring atmosphere throughout the event.

As an active member of this community, Jiří enjoyed sharing insights on scaling up technologies and exchanging perspectives with others who are driving impactful work in energy storage. A key theme that resonated during the discussions was the importance of the “3Rs” in research and development: replicability, repeatability, and reproducibility. These principles are essential for accelerating progress and ensuring that innovations transition efficiently from lab research to real-world deployment.

We are thrilled to continue contributing to this vibrant community and look forward to turning shared knowledge into tangible, scalable solutions.
